copyright & usage policy

All images and photographs on this blog are copyright © K. Zamana ("PearlEden or "Kilaq" if my alias is used) unless otherwise stated.
All commercial commissioned work will contain the name of the copyright holder below the image.
If you wish to use any of my work in a commerical manner or in a publication, please email me. As well if you have any specific questions. Email: leonheart (at) onet.eu

I permit my images to be shared on forums, journals, and other online sites as long as none of the below terms are broken.

1. While sharing my image anywhere else online, always please credit me and link back to: pearleden.deviantart.com OR theaunerit.blogspot.com and always credit me with my formal name.

2. Under no circumstance may you remove my signature or website watermark.

If the copyright notice is on the picture, it has to remain there all the time. It's not permitted to get rid of the copyright notice in any form.
Please respect this, as I would hate to have to put an ugly copyright watermark all over the picture, and I am quite sure you would too.

3. No alterations. If you have to crop, manipulate, edit, insert text, or otherwise change the image beyond resizing it, you may not use the work. It's not permitted.

4. Please no "free graphics" use: this includes web stationary, games, applications, tubes, banners, avatars, clipart, etc. My work is not stock. Unless otherwise stated.

5. Strictly no commerical or self promotional use: This includes layouts for personal websites which is considered promotional.
Unless you have commissioned/received/or acquired a commercial permission. Promotional use is fine for those who have purchased commission from me, as well that includes received artwork from me in gift form or different form of art exchange.

6. You may NOT use the photo or derivate works for inappropriate context, i.e. in anti-wolf themed, hate propaganda, all kinds of negative propagandas, racist / discriminating or political websites.

7. Please do not claim my artwork/photography as yours. It's strictly a no-no.

8. No outside representations: I do not permit my work to be used for role-play or to illustrate or depict worlds, characters, ideas, and stories that are not my own/or other respective owners which were drew. Everything on this site either belongs to someone else who paid me to illustrate/create their characters, or is an illustration/creation of my own personal world and characters. Please respect our intellectual property.


My work is protected under the law. If any of the terms are broken, the person who uses my work will not take immediate action to remove my work used in inappropriate way- I will take the legal actions if is necessary, which may bring the law consequences to them.

Simply, be fair to yourself. Stealing/claiming/using my work in inappropriate way doesn't only damage the artist but yourself mostly by lying that to yourself that you created it etc.
