About me:

K. Zamana is a creative species with chaotic, straying soul enclosed in fantasy realm in inner-self coming from the North.

I'm known under "Kilaq" (formely " Art of PearlEden") alias as an artist, photographer and indepedent traveller from the North.
Besides travelling and art, I'm passionate with sports (my major field I do is cross-country skiing and skijoring), mushing, animals, aviary and vehicles, writing stories, games and a lot more what the life can offer.
…oh and I'm 21 years old.


The center place in my heart and who I am, is passion of travelling around the world. From hiking in the high mountains, admiring nature, observing wildlife, learning about native cultures and their lifestyles to travelling to the another bridge of the world, the large cities of Tokyo and to the darkest shadows of the life such like in the Bronx. The point of traveling is to set yourself in a position of local people's lifestyles, not as a tourist or spending in tourist resorts. Be part of the different world. And the biggest point of travels is your inner-self journey and the experience itself- you set yourself in large trial, where you find the truth about yourself and the life in general. Travels have also major influence on my art, story writing, built up my imagination, my photography and mostly especially- my view on the life and changed myself to become a better person where through travels I hunt for the truth about life.
And that conclusion I've learned. There is no real truth. Truth has many-dimensional meaning and in our city/west civilization the world "truth" is one singled word and is used as a tool of manipulation.
Life is about to find a truth in yourself, and that's beautiful.


Animals and nature conversation has been another important spot in my life. Recently my biggest passionate critters is canine species called Grønlandshund (known as Greenland dogs in english or GH in shortcut), especially ones originating from Greenland and ancient times. GH are dogs which are closest to their wild ancestors and hold very important connection with Inuit tribes- and all ancient tribes of our earth. Learning about them, it's almost like studying two civilizations of humanity: our west civilization's and the native ones, indians and ancient tribes- and the whole history about it.
I'm very happy owner of a dog, named Arnaq - who is my best friend and my travel partner.
I'm very supportive with helping environment, animals in need and as well people. I'm active in few foundations, was co-founder of "Zaprzeg Zycia" unique organization and hoping to bring it back in the future.


About my art: I'm widely known as a freelance artist in the field of Illustration, Design and Concept Art where I work with lots of international private and commercial clients. Mainly I work on traditional medium by using watercolors, colored pencils, acrylics, inks, markers, alcohols and… nearly everything what real life media can offer. Besides that I have also experience working on digital media artworks (Photoshop CS5 + tablet).
The I love working on real media, is to support real media before fading completely into painting behind the computer screen and it's as amazing as it's opposite media. I love both digital and traditional, but I do feel traditional is becoming neglected more as our west civilization's technology growth.

What does "Aunerit" means?

Firstly it's part of my project which I'm working.
Aunerit is a faraway place located in northwest Greenland, as abandoned very tiny town with a church surrounded with hills and lakes. It's said to be "a thunderlake" place, where in myths it told about town and Inuits were repelled by raging thunderstorms as curse granted by Tupilaq beast. In Greenland lots of people have beliefs in folkfores and myths. Aunerit appears as mythological place in myths.
Aunerit, as known as thunderlakes town, is my final destination of my Journey. My final stop of my travel. It's located in quite difficult to reach location.
It might take me many of years of traveling experience and inner-self experience to be ready to visit that goal.

If I reached to Aunerit, that means I reached my life goal.
And finally complete my "Aunerit" project.

"Aunerit" will be analogy of life experience and inner-self journey.


Basically I'll be sharing what I love doing in my life pathway. My fantasy art, photography, journalism, life experience and finally, it will be the right place for my travel logs.
